Health & Safety Disclaimer

As a pet parent, you acknowledge that Scentral Park is not liable for illnesses, fleas, ticks, injuries, or other health risks that may arise while using our space. Every dog has a unique immune system and may react differently to environmental factors, pests, or interactions with other animals.
While we work hard to maintain a clean, safe environment, outdoor areas inherently carry risks — including exposure to ticks, fleas, pathogens, and injury. Pet owners are solely responsible for ensuring their pets are protected with proper preventive care: vaccinations, flea and tick treatment, and general health maintenance.
Illnesses, injuries, or conditions arising from pests, pathogens, or other external factors are not the responsibility of park administration. We advise pet owners to watch closely for signs of discomfort or illness in their dogs and seek medical attention promptly if needed.
By using Scentral Park, you agree to indemnify the park, its management, and its employees against claims or losses resulting from health issues — infections, ticks, injuries, or other outdoor hazards.
We reserve the right to decline entry to any dog or person that could compromise the safety of the space, our dogs, or the wider Scentral Park community, and to cancel a visit in the event of any infractions.

Exclusive and Shared Slots policy at the Sensory Garden

Exclusive and Shared Slots are used at your own risk, particularly if you choose to exceed the general advisory given at booking (number of dogs, number of humans and children).
Please use the park at your own responsibility in these scenarios. If the on-duty crew judges a situation to be getting out of hand, we reserve the right to separate dogs into smaller sections of the park to prevent harm to the dogs, to themselves, or to property.
Pet parent liability: pet parents are responsible for their dog's behaviour around other dogs, humans, and children in a slot.
Supervision required: pet parents are expected to supervise their dogs at all times to prevent incidents.
No liability for Scentral Park: the park is not liable for injuries caused by dogs in an exceptional event. Responsibility remains with the pet parents.
