Cancellation Policy (Bookings)

Slot bookings

• Cancelled 48 hours or more before your slot: reschedule once, or a full refund.
• Cancelled 24 hours before your slot: reschedule once, or a 50% refund.
• Cancelled 2 hours or less before your slot: no refund, no rescheduling.

Food orders

• Cancelled by 6pm the day before your slot: full refund, or carried over to a rescheduled booking.
• Changes requested after 6pm the day before your slot: not refunded.

Rain, weather and natural events

• Always check with Scentral Park staff by phone or WhatsApp for current weather status on-site.
• If you cancel same-day and there's no rain during your slot: no refund.
• If Scentral Park cancels a slot due to heavy rain or thunder that's distressing to dogs: reschedule or full refund.
• If you choose to cancel due to rain or thunder: reschedule or full refund.

Boarding

• Cancelling after an upfront payment, before your stay begins: 50% cancellation charge.
• Cancelling once your stay has begun, with 2 days' notice: 75% cancellation charge.
• No notice given: no refund.
